Return Eligibility

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

Returns are accepted only if the item you received is:

• Damaged upon arrival
• The wrong size due to our error
• An incorrect item

Returns requested for other reasons cannot be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

Customized or personalized products are final sale and cannot be cancelled, changed, returned, or refunded once an order has been placed.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all return requests.

Please do not return products directly to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within approximately 5 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund has not yet appeared, please:

• Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours after purchase.

Once production, packaging, or shipping has begun, orders can no longer be cancelled.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order immediately after delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us right away so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

Delivery Guarantee
